Similar to other B2B clients, Springs Window Fashions was in need of updating their websites to catch up with and surpass those of their competitors. Springs owns two of the largest window treatments brands in Bali and Graber, and in addition to updating these sites to a more modern look and feel, Springs also wanted to create a competitive advantage by creating a best-in-class virtual room decorator. Through our user research we found that the experience of shopping for window treatments is no easy task, so the virtual decorator had to make this online experience as easy as possible. By using Axure, I was able to create interactive prototypes to communicate the intended interactions, which was important as the client was responsible for the implementation.
