UniGroup Website Redesign
Project Description
UniGroup is the parent company of United Van Lines and Mayflower Transit, but this project was for their international arm - UniGroup Relocation. Their existing site was about 15 years old so they needed a major upgrade to help establish their credibility and catch up with their competitors' online presence. We started off with a heuristic and competitive analysis to analyze their existing site and compare it to their competitors. We also spoke with a number of internal stakeholders, corporate clients and individuals who have relocated internationally to best understand business and user needs. These inputs were tremendously helpful in the creation of my annotated wireframes and interactive prototype which then led to visual design.
